Practices, experiences and recommendations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This report has been drafted as part of the project \u201cPost-legislative Scrutiny:\u00a0enhancing ex-post parliamentary scrutiny of legislation in the Republic of\u00a0Moldova\u201d which aimed to strengthen parliamentary oversight, one of the core\u00a0functions of parliament. In particular, the project aimed at strengthening skills\u00a0and knowledge of Moldovan MPs and staffers in relation to ex-post legislative\u00a0scrutiny.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The report analyses current strengths and weaknesses in the implementation\u00a0of parliamentary oversight and provides recommendations for an enhanced\u00a0tailor-made post-legislative scrutiny procedure for Moldova.\u00a0The report will support the leadership and members of the Moldovan Parliament\u00a0as well as the leadership and staffers of the Parliament Secretariat in defining\u00a0priorities, drafting action plans and adjusting the legal framework regulating\u00a0parliamentary oversight.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This report has been drafted as part of the project \u201cPost-legislative Scrutiny:\u00a0enhancing ex-post parliamentary scrutiny of legislation in the Republic of\u00a0Moldova\u201d which aimed to strengthen parliamentary oversight, one of the core\u00a0functions of parliament.
