Discu\u0163iile din cadrul Mesei Rotunde s-au axat pe cre\u015fterea atractivit\u0103\u0163ii \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului general \u015fi motiva\u0163iei elevilor de a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163a, extinderea oportunit\u0103\u0163ilor de orientare profesional\u0103, valorificarea aptitudinilor \u015fi capacit\u0103\u0163ilor fiec\u0103rui elev, crearea unui mediu \u015fcolar prietenos fiec\u0103rui copil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cuv\u00e2ntul de salut, doamna Elena Cernei, viceministru al educa\u0163iei, a subliniat importan\u0163a elabor\u0103rii \u015fi implement\u0103rii \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul general a unui nou curriculum, care ar orienta \u015fcoala spre performan\u0163\u0103 \u015fi ar deschide noi oportunit\u0103\u0163i pentru fiecare elev, ar lua \u00een considerare at\u00e2t dorin\u021bele elevilor \u015fi p\u0103rin\u0163ilor, c\u00e2t \u015fi noile schimb\u0103ri socio-economice ce au loc \u00een \u0163ara noastr\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La r\u00e2ndul ei, dna Ana Core\u0163chi, directorul Programului Educa\u0163ional al Funda\u0163iei Soros-Moldova, a accentuat necesitatea implic\u0103rii c\u00e2t mai active a p\u0103rin\u0163ilor \u015fi comunit\u0103\u0163ilor \u00een via\u0163a \u015fcolii, extinderea colabor\u0103rii institu\u0163iilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt cu organiza\u0163iile societ\u0103\u0163ii civile, afirmarea \u00een \u015fcoli a unui climat ce ar \u00eencuraja incluziunea \u015fi meritocra\u0163ia, ar contribui la afirmarea integrit\u0103\u0163ii academice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reprezentan\u0163ii Ministerului Educa\u0163iei au prezentat totalurile dezbaterilor publice ale Cadrului de Referin\u0163\u0103 al noului Curriculum Na\u0163ional pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul general \u015fi au anun\u0163at lansarea, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu anul \u015fcolar 2017-2018, \u00a0a procesului de pilotare a unui nou Plan-cadru de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt. Noul plan-cadru ofer\u0103 liceelor mai mult\u0103 autonomie \u00een proiectarea traseelor educa\u0163ionale, racordarea acestora la specificul viitoarelor profesii pe care ei ar dori s\u0103 le \u00eembr\u0103\u0163i\u015feze. Discu\u0163ii aprinse, uneori \u00een contradictoriu, au avut loc pe marginea modalit\u0103\u0163ilor actuale de evaluare a rezultatelor \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103rii, care, \u00een opinia majorit\u0103\u0163ii participan\u0163ilor, \u00eenc\u0103 nu ofer\u0103 elevilor posibilitatea de a-\u015fi manifesta \u00een deplin\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 nivelul de st\u0103p\u00e2nire a competen\u0163elor pe care ei \u015fi le formeaz\u0103 \u015fi le dezvolt\u0103 \u00een \u015fcoal\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen lu\u0103rile de cuv\u00e2nt, participan\u0163ii la Masa Rotund\u0103 au abordat diverse aspecte legate de implementarea noului Plan-cadru de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, salut\u00e2nd inten\u0163iile de modernizare \u015fi de democratizare a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului general prin racordarea acestuia la necesit\u0103\u0163ile fiec\u0103rui elev. Totodat\u0103, mai mul\u0163i participan\u0163i au indicat \u015fi anumite \u00eengrijor\u0103ri, legate, \u00een special, de dificult\u0103\u0163ile de implementare a noului Plan-cadru \u00een cazul liceelor mici, necesitatea definirii unor noi indicatori de performan\u0163\u0103 pentru evaluarea muncii cadrelor didactice, obstacolele ce pot ap\u0103rea \u00een organizarea procesului de studii \u00een condi\u0163iile fragment\u0103rii alegerilor f\u0103cute de elevi, discontinuit\u0103\u0163ile dintre \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului liceal cu cel universitar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen cadrul Proiectului Educa\u0163ional al Funda\u0163iei Soros-Moldova se preconizeaz\u0103 continuarea activit\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163ire a guvernan\u0163ei \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului general prin cre\u015fterea rolului elevilor, p\u0103rin\u0163ilor \u015fi comunit\u0103\u0163ilor \u00een stabilirea con\u0163inuturilor \u015fi finalit\u0103\u0163ilor instruirii, dezvoltarea parteneriatelor, afirmarea integrit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi eticii academice.
