Council of Experts Meeting - August 13th, 2012
The Moldovan Council of Experts held its third meeting in 2012 on August 13th. The expert discussed the latest developments regarding the Transnistrian conflict settlement process:- the change of leadership in Tiraspol;- high level official meetings between the leadership in Chisinau and the leadership in Tiraspol;- the results of the 5+2 rounds of negotiations since their restart in autumn 2011.Amongst other the experts concluded that the election of a new leadership in Tiraspol didn’t take place amid some essential democratic

Moldova Council of Experts – Public Lecture at Comrat State University
On October 12th, 2011, experts of BSPN Moldova Council of Experts have visited the Comrat State University, in the city of Comrat, the capital of the autonomous region of Gagauzia. After a brief meeting with the rector of Comrat State University, Ms. Zinaida Arikova, the experts held a public lecture on the topic of Transnistrian conflict settlement for a group of about 50 students and professors. The lecture was followed by questions from the audience.

Moldova Council of Experts – Public Lecture at “Alecu Russo” State University in Balti
Moldova Council of Experts – Public Lecture at “Alecu Russo” State University in Balti On September 29th, BSPN Moldova experts met with a group of about 40 students from “Alecu Russo” University in Balti, the third largest Moldovan city in terms of population after Chisinau and Tiraspol. The goal of the meeting was to exchange views regarding the Transnistrian conflict settlement and present the current situation in Transnistrian region related to the “election” of a new/old “president” of “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic”.

Moldova Council of Experts - Meeting on May 25, 2011
The first meeting of Moldovan Council of Experts in 2011, within the Black Sea Peacebuilding Network project, took place on May 25th. The meeting focused on the coordination of activities of the Council in 2011 and identification of the themes to be tackled at the meetings of the Council.
