In July 2009, the Institute for Public Policy commissioned a new public opinion poll, which was conducted by the Centre for Sociological Surveys and Marketing CBS-AXA. The poll was conducted in the period June 26 – July 10, 2009 on a sample of 1534 people residing in 115 localities, representative of the adult population of the Republic of Moldova (excluding the Transnistrian area). The maximum sampling error is ± 2.5%.
